Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Operis. By using it you agree to them. Questions: mahmoud@meetoperis.com.
What Operis does
Operis finds companies with a current reason to talk to a particular kind of business, and can send short introduction emails from a mailbox you connect. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the emails sent from your connected mailbox and for complying with the law that applies to them, including anti-spam rules such as honest sender details and a working way to opt out.
- You may only connect mailboxes you own or are authorised to use.
- You will not use Operis to send misleading, unlawful or abusive messages.
Stopping and unsubscribes
Operis stops follow-ups when someone replies or asks not to be contacted. You must honour those requests and any others you receive.
No guarantees
Operis is provided as is. We do not promise that emails will be delivered, that anyone will reply, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your mailbox and removing Operis's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
